How long does shipping take for my beer order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday.
Do I need to be 21 or older to receive my delivery?
Yes. An adult signature and a valid government-issued photo ID are required upon delivery for all orders containing alcohol.
What should I do if my cans or bottles arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my BrewDog craft beers?
To maintain maximum freshness and flavor, we recommend storing all our beers upright in a cool, dark place, preferably a refrigerator.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
