At BrewDog, we want you to be fully satisfied with your craft beer and merchandise. If your order arrives damaged or isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window. Perishable food items and opened bottles cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the items. We will provide you with a returns authorization and the correct shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely, preferably in the original BrewDog transit box, to prevent breakage during transit. Include your order slip inside the package.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
